Since we are familiar with the cropping in software and it means getting the specified region from an image and we are going to use open cv to perform the same task.
Since we know that the image is nothing but a nd array of numbers, where have rows and columns. and we also are familiar with the concept of taking a range or taking values from a list using slicing. The same operation of slicing will be applied here.
