ford explorer glove box remove---dumb things you see

an example of by far just really poor design builds on vehicles--i really think people give these car makers more credit and dont realize how stupid these people can be sometimes

All you do is slide the white pins towards the center and the box comes off the hinge. There is a tab sticking down from each pin that assists in sliding the pin over. Search for better videos next time. That's how I found it.

I work in municipal auctions and have always wondered why the glove boxes on 60% of the Interceptor Utilitys have several oddly placed, seemingly non-equipment related rectangles cut out of the back of glove boxes.
Now I know why. 😅
