A Six Hands Dinner in South Korea

Here’s a taste of the collaboration which combined the talents of acclaimed chef Dae-chun Kim of 7th door in Seoul, with Singaporean chef Jimmy Lim from JL Studio and Yusuke Takada from La Cime in Osaka.

Their shared passion for tradition and innovation provided an unforgettable dining experience, where guests were taken on journey of flavour as they blend classic techniques with their creative twists. The intimate 14-seater dinner part of the 50 Best Signature Sessions series, in partnership with Catch Table and Kaviari, celebrated the art of fermentation and ageing, where Korean, Singaporean and Japanese cuisines converged.
