Thanks for your video Mr. Golf Nerd. :) Here is what I have experienced to stir into the pot. I'm a fit 69-year old, 145 lb, 5'7" male who just finished the first program (Foundation) and just this morning completed my before and after. I gained 6 MPG - from 84 to 90 - which judging from videos from Sasho is about average. I'm happy enough with my gain (if I put my fantasy to the side), BUT what I'm very happy with is what I have learned and benefited from The Stack:

- the core strength in my chest and shoulders went way up (never been stronger looking)
- I learned that I I have a relatively slow swing speed (what?)
- I learned that I am a very conservative, careful swinger and it took me a while to really open up (still haven't fully)
- a very fast backswing gives me the fastest clubhead speed
- I'm very flexible for my age so I've been turning way back BUT not turning back as much means faster clubhead speeds (losing energy at top I think)
- learning that my swing speed is slow-approaching-medium has me now hitting low compression golf balls with great results
- I've learned to snap my wrists though the ball for greater speed (I was long and slow before)
- in fact, with the GRPR device I am now trying all sorts of changes and blowing away myths that were in my head
- I have average athletic ability (very good up to average but gains after are hard). People who learn and move fast will get outstanding results
- the equipment and the program are outstanding - unlike other guidance where you guess on reps, this takes all the decisions off your hands
- it feels authentic - not overly marketed if you watch Sasho's videos on expectation management
- importantly, I'm learning to stay in balance when I swing "really hard"
- results and confidence on the course is way up (yesterday I had personal best distances on two holes)
- I plan to get more speed and this is spurring me onto a learning path to be more efficient in my swing
- even if I don't get much more speed it's gratifying to me that I have found where my natural/practical limits are (I've done the most I can do)

Overall, this the 2nd best investment I have made second only to a series of 10 lessons at the start of the year. The Stack is better investment than new driver in my opinion. It takes 'grit' - the time and place and a sense of compliance which I have right now in my life. It's not magic.

I plan to continue with programs for about 1/2 year then we'll really see - I will likely hit effort/benefit sweetspot by then, but I can also see doing this pre-season to prep.

One thing is for sure. I am going to go crazy and swing out of my boots with the stack on my next program starting in a few days. That's the whole point, I've been slow to learn.

It helped me. Driverspeed went from 93 mph to 105 mph.

do you have any info for what’s possible for someone who already has a fast swing speed?

Do you think swing training can help your game? Do you think the Stack System is worth the price tag? I'd love to hear your thoughts on swing speed training!!

Had you ever tried doing 2 days rest break between speed training sessions? I've seen Sasho recommend it for older golfers who plateau or aren't seeing gains

Good information, but you really need to un-cross your arms! I've used the Stack myself at 68 years old. I've gone from 93 to over 100 mph and picked up a good 20 yards distance. I expect that to really change my game this summer. We'll see...

I workout regularly and am not working on mechanics (did a lot of work last two years). Am considering buying stack, but worried about injuring myself. Thoughts on injury potential. I am 54.
