I have all this setup already. My question is, is it true that the more you submit for indexing articles day by day, the more the Quota for your account will be smaller? I was like submitting for indexing 30 articles per day last week, now I received "Quota Exceeded". The next day, I tried submitting for index of 6 pages and I received another "Quota Exceeded" right away,

Follow up question: Is there a way to remove this quota and be able to freely submit many pages as you want for indexing?

When the user states you can use 5 JSON files, I assume that is creating 5 jsons in google, downloading them, then telling python you have 5 users. Does the script automatically take it from there?

I am getting this response after trying to run pip install tqdm aiohttp pandas oauth2client: ERROR: Could not build wheels for aiohttp, frozenlist, multidict, yarl, which is required to install pyproject.toml-based projects. I uninstalled python and tried again but I am getting same error. How can I start over?
