I am glad that people are discussing this topic because it's an important one. And this speaker seems to have a passion for Jesus and this topic in particular 😊
Jesus told us that we should "take heed" so we would "be not deceived" (Mk. 13:5; Luke 21:8); Paul said that he would not have us be ignorant (1 Thess. 4:13-18); God invites us to reason with Him (Is. 1:18). Clearly we serve a God who provides us the truth of His Word and wants us to reason with Him to understand (Matt. 24:15; Rev. 1:3).
That being said, I am concerned with the speaker's repeated assertion that we can't and won't know the antichrist until he makes himself known at some unknown point in the future. If I were to warn my daughter that she should be careful because a man is going to kidnap her, but, though I know who he is, I give her no information regarding his identity, how will she know against whom she needs to be vigilant? What would it say about me as a parent? Considering Jesus' concern that His children be not deceived, it would be out of line with His character to leave us blind as to who would be the source of the deception we are to avoid.
That long preamble is just to say that He has indeed given us identifying characteristics by which we can know who the antichrist/little horn/beast is (Daniel 7's antichrist/little horn and Revelation 13's beast of the sea identify the same entity):
1) this entity came up among the 10 horns/kingdoms of western Europe (Daniel 7:8).
2) this entity has a man who speaks for it (Dan. 7:8).
3) this entity would uproot 3 kingdoms (Dan. 7:8).
4) this entity would be different from the other 10 kingdoms (Dan. 7:24).
5) this entity would make war with/persecute the saints of God (Dan. 7:21, 25).
6) It would emerge from the fourth kingdom/the pagan roman empire (Dan. 7:7, 8).
7) God's people would "be given into his hand" for 3 1/2 prophetic years [which would equal 1260 prophetic days or 1260 literal days] (Dan. 7:25).
8) this entity would blaspheme God (Dan. 7:25).
9) this entity would intend to change God's times and law (Dan. 7:25).
This very brief synopsis reveals that God wants us to know who the antichrist entity is so that we can avoid deception borne of this entity.
History reveals that these criteria fit, not a single person, but only one entity/institution; the papacy. Just to be clear, this prophecy speaks nothing of catholic people, but the Roman Catholic institution is the only one that fits all the criteria, even down to the time period of the 1260 years of rule (came to religio-political power in 538 AD and remained a religio-political power until 1798 AD when the pope was captured by Napoleon's general and the papacy lost its political status. Exactly 1260 years.) Just about every protestant denomination had this understanding, but through ecumenism, have been persuaded to see things differently. However, the Bible and history don't change; what was true according to the Bible yesterday is still true today.

Jimmy Evans also said the Roman Empire consisted of many countries so it doesn’t necessarily have to be someone from the Mediterranean area. He could even be a blonde hair blue eyed man coming from any one of those countries, opposite of what we’ve always pictured him to be.
