The last one is awesome. While contacted manufacturer after warranty period and they said that *no paid repairs* or parts for purchasing and with minor fix you just waste a whole device. So, it's very nice to obligate manufacturers provide a spare parts by request.

Lets say you're a landlord that wants to rent nice units, below market, to people who really need them...
Now you can't charge an appropriate security deposit, you are forced TO RAISE THE RENT to cover the discrepancy.
California intentionally makes doing the right and good things even more difficult, and punishes you for it.

So, the restaurants just state "plus fees" and still charge us up the ass.

"No Roofie" test kit? And as long as the bar states "plus fees" they'll charge a premium for that too.

Landloards can only force a 1month deposit? Ok, so the monthly rent just went up 3 times the amount. (Must be extra fees?)
