Already salary come with so many deduction and then again we need to face situation which is horrible. Government is just looting Tax Payers in the name of white color job.

I am facing this issue. 26AS document is showing the TDS correctly but still in ITR it says mismatch. I filed rectification and got demand with the same reason.

Bhai aab TCS employees ka income tax demand khud se remove ho rahe hai without any rectification request or revised return being filled.

Bhai but TCS ka official clarification ke hisab se toh yehi kaha gaya hai ki yeh rectified intimation IT department se khud se aa jayega. Mereko income tax department ka social media team se call bhi aya tha unhone bhi yehi bola but sirf grievance resolution ka jo email aya tha usmain bola gaya hai ki revised return file karna hoga. Toh aab kya karna chahiye to remove this demand?

Mene 22 June ko return file kiya tha.abhi tak processed nahi hua. 143/1 demand notice aaya h. Full tax pay ker diya. Abhi tak processed nahi hua. Rectification bhi bez diya.

Got a intimation order where it's shows TDS mismatch a/c to FORM 26AS. But what about TDS a/c to Form 16. A/c to Form 16, i am having tax refund but due to mismatch it's shows zero refund. How to proceed now?
