How To Do It :
1) Have two classes and make sure one has speed perks to get to middle faster
2) The other class needs to be no primary but a B23R with a tac knife
3) Run to the middle of the map and wait for the explosive delay to pass then have an enemy throw a frag at you but make sure it doesn't hit you
4) Pick up the frag grenade and quickly change class to the B23R class and you should have the glitch like that
5) The better the connection the easier this is for you
6) You can then either hit with the pistol or Rmala with the pistol or pick up a sniper and hit
7) Dm me on twitter @Rollowed for help
8) If you shoot with it or do anything else active with it then it goes away
