Panasonic NV7200 - Repairs Part 1 - The Short Video

The short version, I make a new brake band and install a new pinch roller, to the Panasonic NV7200.

Chroma problems are now common with these now-ancient machines. Panasonics of these era have these light purple and dark blue electrolytics that leak all over the place. There are AFC and playback chroma adjustment trimmers on the bottom PCB but avoid those and check all the caps first for leakage and ESR.
