Ingredients:
400g of Pork Belly, dice into 2 inch cubes
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of pepper
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of sesame oil
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp of flour
1 cup of cornstarch
Oil, for frying

Sauce:
3 tbsp of ketchup
3 tbsp of brown sugar
2 tbsp of white vinegar
1 tsp of cornstarch
1 tbsp of water

Vegetables:
1 tbsp of oil
1 green and red capsicum or bell pepper, slice into 1 inch pieces
1/2 onion, slice into 1 inch pieces
3 cloves of garlic, minced

Steps:
1. In a bowl, marinade the pork belly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce and sesame oil.
2. Add the beaten egg, mix well and set aside.
3. For the sauce, combine ketchup, brown sugar, white vinegar, cornstarch and water. Set aside
4. Then, add all purpose flour to the meat and mix well.
5. Coat the pork belly in cornstarch.
6. Next, heat the oil to 165C and fry the pork belly for 6-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
7. In a wok, heat the oil over medium high heat.
8. Add the capsicum or bell pepper. Stir fry for 1 minute. Then, add in garlic and sauté until fragrant.
9. Add in the sauce and cook the sauce until it thickens.
10. Add in the cooked pork belly and mix well until everything is coated with the sauce.
11. Serve with hot steamed rice, garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
