My name is Alexander Nuvo. I've never done yoga before. I couldn't get my hands to the floor. On May 2, 2020, I decided to start practicing every day, and a year has passed, I still continue to do it and I don't want to stop. The main insight is that if you do something every day, then you can stop thinking about the result and then it will be possible to achieve the maximum result.
