Except EVERY other streaming service works. It’s ONLY Paramount that’s a problem

Thanks so much. I’ve been dealing with Samsung for months because my whole tv was freezing and even tech support couldn’t figure out paramount plus was shutting down my tv. I have paramount plus on 2 other old tvs works great. But no resets or anything made my 2023 Samsung tv work with paramount for more than 15 minutes. Roku app is great and gave me a couple other apps not found on Samsung line-up. Thanks this is great!!😊

So it played fine all last weekend and now. It's telling us that they're gonna fix it in a few minutes that's the message we get that is the message we get

We lost cable in the middle of watching Paramount Plus and when it came back up, Paramount Plus was stuck on the splash screen on both of our Samsung TVs. Our other TV wasn't even on, but when turned on, it was stuck too. 😩 Thanks so much - all I has to do was shut the TV off and unplug it for 60 seconds to do the hard reset as mentioned, and we're good to go!

Every time I click install it says it’s installing and then it just goes back to download and it just doesn’t download it. I don’t understand why.

Hold the power button on your remote and that will also do a hard reset and that should reset apps as well some time the app will disengage and a simple rest will do

that's lame if you have to go out and purchase an external media player to stream paramount.

Had Roku tv off brand tlc or Hisense never gave me any problems and got all apps but decided to upgrade to Samsung 65 inch 7 series now got nothing but problems

Samsung are crap!… no online videos work! Isn’t supported!

I figured it out now and days 2022 PRIME ) VIDEO has a "add" on to Paramount 🌋 I found out when I wanted to watch a movie on PRIME) it asked me for $2.99 free 2 months then every month it's like $9.99 👍
