This App just sucks it buffers all the time.. i only got this app for all the star trek show's and Halo..i am on the premium package it buffers like every 3 min...i have fast internet 1 Gig all my other streaming service play good Netflix, amazon prime video...I can watch them in 4KHDR And all play with no buffering ..

So, thank goodness the first thing you suggested worked. Was not the fist thing I tried which was deleting and reinstalling the app. See questions under your links for the Firestick and Roku.

Internet is not the problem. All other channels run fine. It's the same problem over other devices as well.

Here is my tip that always works on my Sony 4k TV (XBR65A9G). This TV and Android system are still a work in progress after several years! This hyper-expensive model has had numerous software glitches (like being stuck in panel refresh state and sound issues) although I keep it updated. Lucky for me that I'm an IT guy and figured this out on my own but shame on Sony and Paramount!

To solve the Paramount Plus issue (and other problems) you need to reboot the TV system software without having to pull the plug. Use the remote control and . . .

go to SETTINGS - DEVICE PREFERENCES - ABOUT - and select RESTART. After a short time, the Android logo will appear after the TV shuts off and turns on automatically. You should now be able to watch Paramount Plus.

If it don’t let you sign in, pull up app and select “try it free”. Use your phone camera and aim it at your tv to scan paramount plus and tap when it pops up. If your subscribed and linked to your phone, you should be signed on automatically on your tv. Worked for me.

Is there a way to change your location on the app cause I live in northwest Arkansas and their channel is KFSM CBS and in the central part of the state in places like little rock it switch to THV11 here when I watch it over the air or on the app on my phone I get KFSM which is what I'm spoast to get when I try doing it on the app on one of my smart TVs it streams THV11 is there a way to fix that?

Tried all the above still don't got free paramount plus with Sky had it working once now can't log into any off my devices uninstall and reinstall cleared the cache nothing

crazy thing is on my Samsung smart TV it works fine, but it on my fire TV not the fire stick the TV it works for a while and then it doesn’t. I’ve tried all those steps and none of it worked. Thank you.

If streaming services spent a little less money spamming us w/ mediocre content and a little more time reinforcing their infrastructure instead of cutting corners to maximize profits then this wouldn’t be an issue. I do NOT understand how this isn’t obvious to the people w/ authority to make those decisions in the first place.
