Due to addition of poles to O.L.T.F, Root Locus shifts towards Right hand side of s-plane.
So, the range of values of K decreases and thus the system stability also decreases.

4.System becomes more oscillatory in nature.

2.Effect of Adding Zeros to Transfer function on Root Locus

Conclusion
As we add zeros to O.L.T.F, the Break away point shifts to left hand side of s-plane.
Relative stability increase and thus, the range of K also increases

1.Root Locus shifts to the left away from imaginary axis as B.A points shifts.
2.Range of operating value of K increases.
3.Relative stability of system increases.
4.System becomes less oscillatory in nature.
