The Best Sub Compact Tractor! Which should you buy?

There are decent amount of tractor manufacturers out there. How are you supposed to know which is the best? It might not be as straight forward as simply being the best. Each manufacturer focuses on different aspects of tractor ownership. I will go over a few things that helped me decide on a manufacturer. Hopefully it is helpful in your hunt for your dream machine.

Price, lift, control and comfort are all part of the equation, it is up to the buyer to determine which is the most important for their needs!

Just purchased my 2nd Kubota BX. My first tractor was a bx1880. It was a great little workhorse for an entry level tractor and after all fees and taxes I only paid $15, 600 for the tractor, loader, and 3rd function hydraulics. I later added the mower deck for $1700. Used it for 3 years and sold it for $13, 500 (great resale value).

I decided I needed (wanted) more HP. I was tempted to more up to a B series but voice of reason kicked in as I know that anything larger than the BX is too large for my property. So.. I got myself the bx2680. It’s a pretty sweet little machine.

In my opinion.. if you want the best.. it’s Orange all day long.

I've got a iseki TM 3265 which is a 25 horsepower I'm more than happy 🙂 with the little girl I know is made in Japan not the USA
