Every morning, join Father Jeffrey Kirby as he begins the day with prayer and reflection. In a few short minutes, Father Kirby guides you in prayer, shares a brief reflection grounding your day in the Church’s rhythm of feast days and liturgy, and provides you with the encouragement necessary to go forward with peace and strength.

Let us do as the saints urge and begin our days in prayer together so as a community of believers we may join the Psalmist in saying, “In the morning, Lord, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait expectantly.” (Psalm 5:3-4)

Today's message, being Mother Mary's Day, hit me hard when I realized that She truly was alone holding the entire weight. Praying the Litany of the Blessed Virgin Mary, especially on Saturdays, can be a great reminder of the many attributes of our our most blessed Mother. I lean on her heavily, as I know that she's the Great Interssesor, Comforter, and so much more to help us through our earthly lives. First Saturdays is a definite devotion to check into if your not familiar with it.
