This plan was a complete joke. Instead Russia has made a record breaking amount of profit on oil and gas during the war and is set to do the same for grain. Forcing payment in rubles immediately propped up their currency while leaving the EU without gas. Germany is preparing by putting up some windmills for the winter and sending some army helmets to Ukraine. Meanwhile USA prices go through the roof and they send Ukraine one tank at a time. Ending the conflict fast and decisively will preserve Ukrainian lives and infrastructure while opening their fields and oil reserves for use.

They need to target the oligarchs' companies that are still functioning and providing them with money. Targeting personal assets is very limited in changing the course of this war. The right measures so far have been taken, but as many reports show, the Russian people are almost non-chalant or affected by the sanctions in place now. So, they miss McDonald's....

After finishing with the sanctions elsewhere, USA has started putting sanctions within its own states and individuals..
and now sanction itself is sanctioned and that cannot be lifted as everything else is also sanctioned
