lol, on a budget. That is £4380 per month. You have to be on a pre tax UK salary of £80k+ just to make enough to cover the cost of that, and that is assuming you do not eat any food lol. Lots of apartments for under £2k in Dubai per month currently in Dubai. So not sure this one in your video can warrant being called on a budget. :D
