The problem seems to be that you are lacking structure in there, if I was building it, I think my preferred method would be to get some box tube and build the B-pillar out of that, and get the structure completely there before trying to make the door perfect, It is gonna be a custom door either way, so having the structure there to mount it to, getting it swinging without anything flopping, then worrying about the skin would be the order of operations.

I am looking forward to seeing what you do with this, it is a hard job to figure all this out, if you get it done right, it will be a very cool truck!

The engine bay on those trucks has also been extended for the 702 V 12's.

I wouldn't think of replacing the factory rockers at least wait until they are stripped of paint to see what you have there.

But I raised the roof in the back to look like a Vovo semi.
