From what I remember, you have to wait 15 days after enabling steam authenticator to trade skins? Does steam still do this, and if so, is it for rust aswell?

Is there a buffer time between offering a big trade and seeing in pop up in the confirmations tab on the steam app? switching over all my items from my old steam account to my steam account I use now

If we didn't do mobile authenticator then we will get after 7 days or we will get item right after that
