POE 3.22, 3.25? Saboteur Ice Trap Build, 307M DPS, Uber Boss Killer (updated 3.24 POB)

Insanely high damage Saboteur Ice Trap Build, Uber Boss killer with 307M Pinnacle DPS (179M in 3.24), or 1.2B instant dmg (700M in 3.24) if 21 Ice Traps were triggered when boss appears.
Good choice for bossing, can do all uber bosses: Uber Shaper, Uber Maven, Uber Sirus, Uber Cortex, Uber Searing Exarch, Uber Eater of Worlds (sometimes Uber Exarch and Uber Eater can be not oneshotted because of their high dmg mitigation in first seconds). Build requires good player's skill to dodge hits during boss phases (Sirus, Maven), because it has almost no defenses.
For mapping I used Awakened Inc AoE instead of Concentrated Effect, and Cluster Traps instead of Trap/Mine Dmg. But this build was made purely for bossing, it is not so good for mapping, it's squishy and requires dodging all mobs attacks.

Uber Shaper was recorded with my new +1 power charge rings (I added them to POB, unused). Build works well without them, but this is the next step if u want to upgrade this build further.

I did a very scuffed version of this build and it came short of 40div. I tweaked it as suggested in the description to swap some of the support gems when mapping and it feels alot better. if you are thinking of playing this and you are a noob like me that can't dodge for shit, you can also swap the inspi and divine blessing for a immortal call cwdt, granted it will not save you from rippy hits but it will atleast give you some option to blink out. I'm still levelling it up but it feels good to play.

It'd be fine to replace Born in the Shadows for Bomb Specialist to compensate for dmg loss of some superior gems(cuz alt.qualities cost A LOT) for more budget-y version? Implying you use that build exclusively for bossing.

I like this thing, just started building him! Just a quick question, does it matter what colors of sockets are on Dialla? I know it ignores rule of sockets, asking in term of +2 level or 30quality stuff, which are red and green sockets :D

How much does this Ice Trap build cost?

Are you sure it's not viable for Sanctum? It's pretty much all about boss DPS and even dealing tens of millions of DPS with a handful of traps should be enough to instantly kill guards and bosses without picking up boons.
