It means that you can always surpass your limits and your power will always grow higher but will always be a finite amount.

One thing is even if you believe that saiyans have planet, solar system, etc destroying ki blasts, they aren't particularly physically strong or durable. In the Broly movie, he grabs SSG Goku by the leg and bashes him back and forth on the ground and ends up knocking him out (until Piccolo wakes him up) by rubbing his face against the glacier. Saitama has no energy blasts or anything. He's just a brute strength character. There's really no types depicted at his physical strength level in the DB universe.

It's so true Saitama can definitely beat Goku with his growth ability.

People keep saying Goku can destroy universe's Even though he can't just because him and berrus send some shakowaves across space that destroyed some dead star's around is kinda funny.
I think people forgetting the difference between shaking something to destroying something.
Goku could never shake the universe on his own strength it's took him and berrus who wasn't even going all out to clash. And not to mention Goku haven't shown better durability feats then Saitama. He can get injured from small things. Even a Lazer gun can pierce through his heart if he's gaurd is down. And Saitama was many times surprised attacked by many people none of them could hurt him or harm his body.

And also if Goku scales to universe how is that him and Vegeta lost to base form broly in all of their transformations they still couldn't beat broly in base who can't destroy a universe in base. And when he transformed into a super Saiyan they stood no chance at all to the point they had to fuse And even Their fusion got overpowered so gogeta had to go Blue.

And also in the manga when Vegeta and Goku fought granola. They both got Bodied in Their two strongest forms. Even though granola doesn't scale to universal.

Edit: DB fan's stop coming to me and telling the same thing over and over again. That Goku shoke an infinite voide or something like that. Because that's not enough to put him to universal. Because if your universal I will at least expect u to be like rimuru anos or people who scale to universal or above.
Ln Rimuru can create universe's and destroy them. Not through shaking it but by actually destroying it with his own power. On the other hand Goku need to freaking clash with berrus.

Saitamas growth in battle is impressive, but we cannot say that he will definitely continue to grow. We dont if there is a limit or not. Yes, Garou did say that Saitama is limitlessly strong, but when you are getting bodied by someone who you cant seem to keep up with, it is only natural to take that perspective.
