She’s a freak of nature. Witney houston, Mariah Carey— these legend divas reached high notes too and those notes whittle down or thin out. But for Sohyang, when she goes there it gets even stronger, and fuller.
It’s as if an electrical tower had fallen down, and there’s sparks flying all over the place. And minutes before she had lulled us into a sweet angel place to draw us in.
Her musicianship is outstanding. Each time I watch her performance, I end up wiping tears for some reason, emotion withdrawn. Not many artist is capable of doing this.
