Ingredients for making Oreo biscuit dora cake:
1 packet of Oreos / 14 cookies
1 tsp of baking powder
80ml milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter cream
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
Salt

These are perfect for ice cream sandwiches! Just substitute the filling/buttercream with ice cream.
