The two state solution talk is just to keep the public happy & Palestinians subdued but the time has long passed. The West Bank which would be part of a new Palestinian stare has been rapidly carved up into settlements (or colonies as they should be called)

Creation of a state is rare. Its an unusual event and usually surrounded with controverse. And denial of a state is also strange. States recognize other states after they are created. Usually a gradual recognitial proces eith a snowball effect. But denial of a state is also strange. You put yourself outside the group.
