I learned at tip, the faster you pump your arms, the faster you will run. Your legs keep up with your arms. worked wonders on my military PT tests lol

Abby, you should make a video on how you take care of your hair while being so active!

Plank minutes are definitely the longest minutes ever!!! 😭😭

😂😂😂 A treadmill minute is WAY longer than a microwave minute...unless I'm starving! 😋 All kidding aside--because I focus so heavily on the time, it stresses me out. So I downloaded an Interval Timer app and I set my phone on the treadmill to COVER THE TIMER (wireless headphones are life)!! Now on my HIIT days, I feel way more relaxed, just hearing a beep to rest and start my program. This video is so helpful, I've always been intimidated by running. I've always been an athlete who competed in sports requiring short bursts of speed and power. You've made it seem less daunting in this and other videos.

A CPR minute has got to be the longest minute but I guess most people are fortunate enough to not have that personal experience lol definitely would like more tips on running!

I am officially addicted to your channel. I am coming out of an automobile injury and trying to get back into an active fitness lifestyle that strengthens and develops body awareness around my injury. I really appreciate your analytical/scientific style of research, reflection and application. Having the ability to critically think and measure my progress (both activity and diet) has been huge in my transformation - your vids have been teaching me a ton in that department. I imagine a major part of your viewer base is most likely aimed toward female viewers; I wanted to let you know it has been helping me as well. I also really appreciate how body confident your fitness goals are (not just get thin or get ripped) You are incredibly articulate and considerate, and drop dead gorgeous. Thank you Abby

I enjoyed the video. But I would like to see what the different runs look like. Maybe do a video where you show your run routine and how you mix up your runs?

Abby...I have been watching your videos like a madwomen since I started my own transformation journey. You have great info backed by science, which I LOVE. One question: Can you PLEASE make an informative video concerning splits, i.e. how many days should I be working out? What's the difference between a 3 day, 4 day, 5 or 6 day split? Should I work one body part at a time, or compound moves? Is a push/pull/leg split really the best way to go??? That's a lot of questions LOL I know, but they all fall under split training. I would love your feedback.

I love how approachable you are (I propaply didn’t spell that right but it’s ok)! I’ve been watching your videos for a while now and I started when I started going to gym which was scary since I literally knew nothing about lifting but you make it sound less scary and like everyone can do it (which I now understand, everyone can) which motivated me so much! So thank you.

I use a flip belt...it’s perfect feels so comfortable and holds my phone and keys perfectly. For my half marathons I use a arm band because I like my phone higher up ....idk why it’s what I’ve been used to and works great!
