“I don’t think the Greek people have been humiliated and I don't think that the other Europeans are losing their faith. It is a typical European arrangement,” said European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker on Monday.

Juncker's comments come after eurozone leaders reached an agreement over a third Greek bailout after 17-hour talks in Brussels. Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras agreed to tough reforms in return for a three-year bailout worth up to 86 billion euros.

“Leaders have agreed in principle that they are ready to start negotiations on an ESM programme that in other words means continued support for Greece,” said European Council President Donald Tusk. “There are strict conditions to be met. The approval of several national parliaments including the Greek parliament is now needed for negotiations for the new ESM programme to formally begin. Nevertheless the decision gives Greece the chance to get back on track with the support of the European partners,” Tusk added.

"A typical EU arrangement."
Yes it is, false, futile and doomed to fail, just like the entire EU project so far.
