An updated video of the 300G African Cichlid tank. I made this video in response to all the questions I receive about the setup and various equipment I have on this tank. There have been a few big changes that are premiered in this video, such as the Roller Filter setup, marine pure addition, and sump mods.

Very nice I’ve loved watching this thank progress. I really think you should expand the aquapanics section The Paphos is going to look great going up over the wall but that whole aroid family of plants is huge and you really could do something spectacular with it and I think the two tight together fantastically I’m planning something myself because the plants and the fish are the two passions in my life keep up the good work can’t wait to see more👍

My favourite tank and set up on youtube. What is your water temperature and doesn't your constant drip going to cool the water. Also you mention in a previous video comment that you feed 2 tablespoons per day. Would you mind measuring that in grams? Thanks so much for this update and overview. I'm working on a very simple nitrate filter design. I hope you have a lock on that panel to prevent any accidental missile launch!

inspirational setup! Do you think you could get away with no water changes if you didn't have the auto top off water? or what about if you didn't have the aquaponics? I'm wondering which of the 2 is more effective at keeping the nitrates down, aquaponics or autowater topoff
