Inexpensive Milwaukee Tool Accessory Solves Huge Problem

Hey Vince, as always enjoy your vids. Glad to see the VCG doing great. I have a request concerning all the new modular tool boxes with drawers. While these are a good improvement, the problem I'm having is just what tools fit in what drawers with each brand. Milwaukee, Dewalt, Ridgid, Toughbuilt yada yada yada. For instance I recently got a couple of 2 drawer Ridgid stackables thinking it would make tool access easier and quicker, things don't always go as planned. Some tools barely fit (recip saw) and others are a torture puzzle. Some drawers are useless except for loose bits and blades because they are so narrow (some of the 4 drawer). Also I have found the drawers have little protection from water and dust. So guys who carry theses things around in back of their open truck, like me, need to think of this. Buyer be beware. Maybe you could do a more in-depth review comparing how tools and accessories fit in the different sized drawers of each brand. Possibly think of some ways to seal up the drawers using weather stripping 🤔. I've been contemplating of making the switch to Toughbuilt, but if the tools won't fit and they aren't protected, what's the point. Looking forward to hearing your input. 👍🇺🇸

I’m a huge Ryobi fan! They make so many useful products for a reasonable price.

Hello again, Vince and Vcg
Thank you for another Great Video 👍 I enjoyed watching tonight's video. If Ryobi would make their tools more compact. They would fit in more places. I would probably give them a serious look. Again thank you 👌

Don't count Ryobi out. I've been adding more and more if their tools to my lineup. They haven't let me down yet. They've outlasted some of my dewalt, makita, ridgid and milwaukee tools. Which is crazy to me. They've beaten less milwaukee tools I'll admit. But outperformed others. So, if I can get something about as good as a milwaukee tool, but for a price less than all the others, I call that a good purchase. Still though Milwaukee is hard to beat, I could buy 2 Ryobi tools for less than 1 milwaukee. That's good in my opinion.

I want to see ryobi put out a regular size portable band saw. Like milwaukee.

When I know I am going to be using a high draw tool for an extended amount of time, I typically have two batteries on hand and switch them out often enough to keep them from getting hot. It doesn't add a lot of time to my tasks, because the batteries tend to last a lot longer and of course, it only takes a few seconds to switch the batteries.

If the packs are only charging to 3 bars it is really easy to just balance the cells to 4v then they fully charge i am just wondering if the new ones forge will be as easy to balance

NOT FIRST!!!

Looks like Ryobi will be under the Christmas tree roasting chestnuts without an open fire. Talk about holiday safety!!! (And people wonder why I've been Team Green since the blue days.)

Does anyone know if Milwaukee has the 3/8 compact impact driver and a multi-tool combo? All i see at my home depot is the impact gun and a grinder combo. Ive looked around online and found nothing

you know what brand appears rather redundant? Yes, Ridgid makes some good tools, but....I feel like Ryobi is actually becoming the new Ridgid or possibly replacing it in the near future.

Milwaukee is crazy with these prices harbor freight does the same thing for a lot cheaper and will definitely get the job done Ryobi gets it done also for the price

DeWalt at work and Hercules at home. Work is building marine engines in well equipped factory with electricity and compressed air readily available.

The fact the batteries do not work in other brands is what keeps me using just Milwaukee. The batteries is where the cost is, not the tools. Milwaukee makes the most tools so that's why I stay with them.
