I mean, this was about a year before season 4, and epic likes to plan things a year ahead. Hence why they also teased iron man with the p-1000 trailer, and why back in season 9, they basically teased season 3’s theme.
Edit: BUT. If might just be a reference to him, considering galactus only started heading to the island AFTER the chapter 2 island formed.
