Introduction to Hot Spot Analysis

Murat hoca, bu konu anlatma icin tesekkur ederim. I have a question, I have a data of pollutant concentrations measured at two different stations. After doing a back trajectory analysis to determine where the pollutant are coming from, I thought I could also use hot spot analysis to determine how significant the pollutants observed from far places are on the study area. Can you guide me how I could do this if it is possible???
