College change in Canada | Major IRCC Update 2024

IRCC is Planning To Make Major Changes starting January 22nd. Students who used to switch colleges or institutions after arriving in Canada will no longer be able to do so easily.
In the future, if students want to change their college in Canada, they will need to reapply for a new study permit for the new college.
Without this, they won't be able to study at the new institution. This new rule aims to address the problem of students changing colleges without proper authorization.

to apply for and how to apply can be confusing. Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants, or RCICs, are legally authorized representatives and members in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Hello mam im applying spousal pr from outside canada do i need pcc from age of 18 or last 10 years im 38 and do i need it from age of 28 to 38 or from age of 18. What if i cant get pcc from a country i lived more than 10 years ago before age of 2
