What started as a song I used to sing for my daughter, to an internet sensation as my first ever online cover on YouTube. And now live during my show at AFAS Live in front of a sold out crowd. What a pleasure! Performing as Metal Elsa of Frozen was a lot of fun!

before I ever heard of Floor Jansen or Nightwish I somehow managed to stumble upon that youtube version Floor did on her channel .. I was totally blown away and as it was a random viewing by me and not even on my own computer that I searched for months trying to figure out who this youtube star was as I didn't catch name or anything else but the singer singing the song .. ''Who is she and why haven't I seen her before ???""... What a dummy I am.. I thought she was trying to break through using Youtube platform and I wanted to support her ... I found out later who she was and made the connection when I spontaneously decided to get ticket to that Nightwish virtual show last year( long story) and the rest is history ....Thank you to Floor for sharing her amazing talent with all of us . She could sing the phonebook and I would listen... oh .. she did that .. hehe

She has a beautiful voice with excellent range. Also, when she performs her entire body shows that she enjoys all that she does.

Some performers pose like they wanna force you to love them and what they do. Floor, however, simply has that look of complete confidence that pretty much says, “Go ahead, just try to hate me. I dare you.”

Floor Jansen has shown us that if you wanna be awesome, you have to have an awesome attitude.

I've loved Floor ever since she joined Nightwish not only for her contribution to the band but also, if not more, for her solo work where she's free to do whatever song she chooses and they're all so good!
