Not bad. I do think that the biggest problem is that your timing for hitting a lot of the beats was off by a few frames. Also, it's okay if you don't want to hit all the beats, and you're making a more lyrical-centered video, but I do think that the important beats (specifically at 0:48) should have been hit because the rest of the song was leading up to it. Try using soft transitions/crossdissolves more, don't plain-cut unless you're trying to hit a beat. Other than that it's decent :]
