How to put Fringe on a Knitted Scarf | How to do Fringe

I use a DVD case to measure the yarn strands. Generally wrapping 3 times is plenty. You can go 5 wraps if you want really fat tassels. And you can use the longer side of the case for longer tassels. This is a project you can make uniquely your own.
