So in two and half years and 22000kms of owning the KTM RC390 I have replaced:-
Radiator fan: 5 times
Coolant: 5 times
Stator assembly: 1 time
Roll on sensor: 1 time
Air filter box: 2 times
Rear wheel speed sensor: 1 time
Fuel pump: 1 time
HT coil: 1 time
Head Gasket: 2 times
Now again my fan has failed and now the bike is burning oil idk how.
All this inspite of getting the bike serviced on time from authorised service centre.
So please think twice before you buy a KTM product! 😂😂

Dear Customer Care,


The 2017 Ktm Duke 390 desperately needs a better console with turn by turn navigation as a part of it...125cc scooter from Tvs has it... And the app needs to be relooked at.. It's currently useless.. And is very buggy... Drains all your phone battery.. And has no useful functions at all.


Can you please pass this word with higher authorities in Ktm India.... Thousands of customers are complaining about the app and the console each day.... Its not doing justice to the bike and it's potential customers and existing ones.... It's a humble request to follow up on this urgently.


Immediate response is expected as i am ready to take up this issue on a multilevel platform over media and news as well.


A lot of us have been patient for months now about the app upgradation and console upgradation but there is nothing fruitful yet that has earned our trust.
