Inshort Code works perfectly with Microsoft Edge browser but not working with Google Chrome. So what we need to make it work with chrome?

Sir could u plz elaborate why we use get; set; in variable of model class. Like

Sir I tried the same code but the problem is when I use

for Duration=20

and click on the

<a href="/home/getdate">Click Me</a> link

and if I use Chrome Browser then page will refresh every time when i hit that "Click Me" Link means data not store in Cache. Also i check settings of the chrome browser.

But if I use Microsoft edge browser and hit "Click Me" link then page refresh only once in 20 seconds....

I have searched a lot over the internet but don't find any solution could you please help me with that?
