Luke, I’ve watched you for years. I remember when you looked so young and slim. Your videos were not as professional, not as clean and on point as now. You were very talkative. Now, you’ve beefed up, matured, and cut back on the talking. Your camp kits are put together nicely and you demonstrate competent use of everything. Your videos and cinematography are top notch. I may not care about what you’re reviewing; I have all the backpacking and truck camping junk I want. I just enjoy your spin on camp things. I try to setup my kits and camps like you, slick, fast and good.
I’ve been doing this a long time. I was woodsy before my military time and woodsy after. I was obsessed with hunting and fishing for years. I’m an old retired Army vet, spending years in different kinds of wild environments, all over the globe, some nasty, some pretty good. I wanted to give you a BIG PAT on the back and wish you much more success. Well done, strong work, Luke.
P.S. Consider, “Refresh” eye drops. Or any good eye drops that contain, in the ingredient, methyl cellulose, 1% or 0.5%. I have dry eyes too. You’ll be glad.

Love how little compromises you make in a time of ultra light everything. Respect the heck out of that

I have a similar eye condition. My optometrist suggested washing my eyes with baby wash to clean the ducts. It really helps. Thanks for another great video adventure.

Hello 👋 Luke, greetings from Northern California. Thank you for the tag along. Be thankful that you are enjoying the ☔ rain. In Northern California over 700, 000 acres of forest land have burned so far. Stay safe out there. The best to You, Susie and Family. See You on the next one. 😊

Would be cool if Suzy could do a video on how she made the bag for you. A lot of people have the drive to do these things, but not the knowledge.

I love thunder, too. As a kid, I always tried to get outside in thunderstorms. But knowing me, my parents used to lock the door so I couldn't escape. My grandmother took pity on me and opened a window on the second floor, and we both watched—and smelled—the thunderstorm. It's one of my best-loved memories: my grandmother and me at the open window watching thunderstorms.

For your dry eyes, Walmart has some OTC drops for that. The name is Systane. it's 18 bucks a bottle but they really do work. My mom, who has Glaucoma, uses them and she says they work great. Also, they have no preservatives in them so you can use as much as you like.

Thank you for explaining the sunglasses. It has made me wonder in the past if it was vanity or medical but your explanation is good to know.

I remember a clap of thunder from many years ago in the Daniel Boone National Forest near Cumberland Falls, Kentucky that was so intense I swear my heart stopped for a second or two. It's one of those things you remember forever from the woods.
