I've never had eggs in my chicken salad. It sounds so perfect though. I love it in potato salad but never thought of it in chicken salad. Can't wait to try this!!!! I was very excited to see you didn't add fruit or raisins. I'm from Boston so I had no clue what southern chicken salad was.
