DIY Height Chart Tutorial | Growth Chart. Hi! I wanted to share with you guys how I created a height chart ruler for my daughter! All you need is a 1x8 pine board, measuring tape, a sharpie, and your preference of a numbering system (vinyl stickers, free hand, etc).

Hi, I love the video, so many great tips. Did you use a finish on the wood after you stained? I didn’t know if I used a stain if it would be difficult to write the numbers on after it dried.
