Replacing ear pads on Jabra Evolve headphones

Explaining how to replace the ear pads / ear cushions of the Jabra Evolve bluetooth headset / headphones.
The pads come with a relatively stiff rim on the inside. This rim has to be pulled over the plastic housing of the ear piece. Be careful not to accidentally tear this rim when installing the new pads!

Useful information. My issue is that the actual foam is coming off the headset. It is like the glue is failing. the cover began to tear where the foam has begun to fail. I will have to try and re-secure the foam and replace the covers. Thank you.

These are so insanely uncomfortable after a few hours. Like painful. Is there a different padding that can be used

I was looking for the plastic rim then I realized it was stuck to the headphones and it ripped. I'm going to get new headphones any way cause right side doesnt work neither does the mic.

Can you share the link where you bought the replacement cover? Amazon seems like they might have it but its $50 for 10. I only need 1.

You did NOT remove the cushins just ripped the cover off of them.

To remove the cushins just turn the whole cushin counter clockwise after a little snap you can pull them off including the cushins and not just the cover
