Whats In The Bag MID HANDICAP GOLFER SPECIAL? My Mid-Handicap golf tester mark has been getting some rave reviews on youtube and everyone is asking, what clubs should a mid handicapper be using? which clubs does Mark the mid handicap tester use? what is the perfect driver for mid handicappers? what are the perfect irons for Mid Handicap golfers? Really nice set of clubs for a “mid” handicapper. His irons in particular stood out to me. The Ping i20’s are really more in the better player category of clubs, are they not? Yet he likes them a lot. They’re not blades by any means but still, they Aren’t far off in forgiveness from James’s Mizuno’s are they?

Goes to show that what makes someone a “mid” handicap can vary. He hits those irons a decent distance. 155 carry with that 7 iron is not bad!

Love the whats in the bag! since I'm a mid handicapper and I have Srixon Z545 irons that are old but dialed in, I could hit stiff but I can turn the ball over with the regular. lots of things I love about this video. didn't change his driver like I do every new every year which can be bad when you are dialed in. however I am hitting a 7wood and a 5 hybrid for control but after seeing his rapper I would get rid of both and go for a GAPR hi 22 to fill in the gap and take back mine! Thanks for the demonstration. Also no need to change the SM6s until the grooves wear out...Good Stuff James Thank you!!!

Made my own speed sticks with old graphite shafts, put various bolts on them at differant weights and coated them with araldite glue , gained around 6 mph average over a few weeks, dont use them as much now but keep going to range 3 times a weeks and the speed has remained .

Really hope you will follow up with Mark on a vid using the speed sticks and some measured objective results from his start to current state. I am thinking on those but before I spend the $200 for the set would like to get some feedback. I also do a rotation on my bag of tricks. I'm very pleased with metals now. My next move is wedges and a new hybrid for 2019. 2020 will be irons and I will then circle around after to address the metals once again. I think that metals can be purchased either used or as they are being replaced by the manufacturer at a nice discount vs new. The idea of spending $500 on a driver is just crazy. I recently bought a new/used ping G 5 metal. They cleaned it up and swapped a shaft for me and it looked brand new for $150. Boom!

Love seeing what's in the bags. Especially love to see a mid handicappers. Of course, I don't suspect he'll be a mid handicapper too much longer. I was going to compare what I have to his, but he flat out crushes the ball. So, I'll just admire, lol.

I have the GAPR Lo on the 2i setting that i put an S300 shaft in and have it swing weighted to a D6 and I love it. It is a bomber.

Ping G driver. Adamd tight lies titanium 3 wood. Ping i500 3 iron. MP5s c taper shaft 4 -9 iron. Rtx3s 46, 52, 58. Wilson counter balance infinite, michigan avenue. Love them all.

My g400 woods are stiff but my i200 this year gone to reg awt shaft from my previous cfs stiff i25 putter sigma g tyne use vice pro..titleist 52 f 56 f 60 m grind play of 10, love winter golf 3 rounds this week 3 sub h/cap rounds

Interesting. I suspect his woods would play better a regular as well. He does not load his shaft excessively. The 3 wood and the hybrid are about the same distance. I’d pull the 3 wood and try a 19 degree hybrid. The longest iron I carry is a 6. I carry 19; 21 and 25 hybrids. They are just more versatile and for myself 3-5 irons cover about 15 yards between the. Using the hybrids it’s 30 yds or 10 yards difference between clubs
