Whenever I make chicken burger that follows pretty much the same steps, I take them out of the oil once it's golden brown on the outside, but it's not cooked enough and it's a little pink on the inside. To summarize, my problem is the cooking time for the outside coating doesn't match with the cooking time of the inner chicken, leaving me with either a beautiful golden brown crust with a raw chicken OR a cooked chicken with a burned outside coating. Do you have any recommendations for me? Thanks
