This brief video tries to explain that Universal healthcare, as it is in Canada, is not Socialism, nor is it free. It's based on smart Capitalism. It'sd just insurance whereby costs and risk are transferred through time. It is not entitlements. Each person is one taxpayer, and purchases a lifetime of insurance, paying for the costs on a yearly basis.
