This cop looses it after he is confronted by an armed angry mob of insurectionists. Tucker looses it when confronted by a dude in a bait shop, and uses his own daughter as a talking point on why he shouldn't be called names he earned through his own actions, not because of the color of his skin. It's a sad thing that the best gift he caould give hie daughter would be a legal name change, because the person who confronted him was right, he is one of the worst types of people on the planet.
