Reaper isn't a oneshot, but here's why reaper is disabled even when it's not a oneshot: basically, when people have seen the no oneshots gamemode, they joined, gods hand, error and overkill was disabled, but there was 1 oneshot, killstreak, everyone started using it, which made everyone get the 250 badge, but tencell didn't let that slide, he made a pool in discord asking people if killstreak needs to be disabled, they said yes so ten removed it, even though, he also forgot about reaper, which caused everyone to use it, hit and run and wait 25 seconds just to wait for them to die, tencell also disabled it, although, there is still oneshots like berserk, kinetic and homerun and tycoon, so that means tencell doesn't care about the no oneshots community, instead, he's only caring about the normal one with oneshots
