100% accurate. I'm a retired manager from a world leading aerospace company. I never talked to a woman about anything other than work. When I had to talk to them it was not one on one, I always had a witness. Then as soon as the conversation was over, I would write an email to HR stating what was said and who witnessed the interaction and saved a copy for myself. In 34 years I never lost in an HR complaint because of my documentation and witnesses, and believe me, I had many underperformed women try. I always tried to give this advice to other managers, many followed it, but some didn't. A lot of them got burned by accusations, where it was she said, he said, and they always took the woman's side. This is sage advice. Ignore at your own peril.

About 15-17 years ago my boss asked me to come in on a Saturday to do some work. He told me it would be me and the only woman that worked in our plant dealing with this task, and even though I never turned down any overtime work (which allowed me to retire at 57 yrs), I told him that he would need to bring in a third person or I would not be there as I would not risk any potential fallout from working alone in the building with a female. Initially he was upset at my decision, but standing my ground, he came to respect my position.

I worked for a company that had 80% women in the office. A memo was sent out to all men about being respectful and minding language around work colleagues.
So, we started ignoring the women. Never spoke unless needed something and just to be cordial in the mornings and when leaving work.

They all started wearing more provocative clothes. Hair and make up was off the scale. It sent them freaking crazy 😂

I run my own business now. I served in the police for more than 16 years, and I regularly observed female staff cause huge problems by gossiping, deliberately damaging an individual's reputation by bitching and backstabbing. Time and again I saw women make others lives miserable. In the worst case scenario, I saw an excellent, highly motivated Sgt lose his job after two female staff LIED and made allegations of bullying. He absolutely did NOT bully them, or anybody else. However, due to internal politics and a senior officer with an axe to grind against the guy saw to it that he lost his job. As a result of my experiences of working alongside women, I opted to work solo and never work with women again. I am delighted to run my own business and not have to tolerate working alongside women. They create drama and friction in every working environment.

I got falsely accused because I turned a co worker down, when I produced my evidence the complaint was dropped and I was told to go back to work with no recourse to her.

The punishment for a false accusation should be the woman facing the same sentence the man would face IF he were convicted. If the false allegation puts him away for 20 years and it turns out to be a lie....she should get 20 years

Told a manager at work (I a team leader) one morning that the dress she was wearing looked nice on her AND that it was something I liked to buy for my wife and where did she buy it... 2hrs later pulled into CEO office that she complained I 'harassed' her! ... Months later then complained that I was ignoring her, because I would not be anywhere close to her !?!

I tried to explain to a female about how the company coding standards help everyone to write understandable accurate programs and that I expected any code she wrote to comply to the standards, she complained to H R that I was harassing her, and H R required that I attend a course on Equity and Inclusion. I resigned.
