Ocala is ok place to live, but I prefer Hallandale beach Florida just a beautiful city.

When they talk about the distance to things it is not true. This is not conveniently located to downtown because of the traffic. I live in Oak Run. An extremely strict ran community and HOA with no changes allowed. They used to pay for local channels and TV service but now they don't have local channels so you have to stream your own. Gate is a joke because people can just walk right through because no one is watching the gate house. Very very clicky

they even have there own sewer plant and it smells like a out house for miles especially in the morning .everybody is in to everyone elses business, karens everywhere, the area is way over run by new citizens .it used to be quiet and peaceful ..those days are gone .

Your channel is the best place to find information on 55 plus communities. Ocala would not suit our needs because it’s too far from Disney parks. Are there 55 plus gated communities where the HOA takes care of the exterior in terms of grass, trees, shrubs, watering and pest control?
