Approx 1kg of Turkey
1 large onion
2 peppers (red or green)
4 large garlic cloves (customise how you want, more or less, it's up to you!)
2 fresh chillies (more or less, depending if you want it hot or not!)
Medium bunch of coriander
Assorted spices
Rice to server
